Two soldiers attended the International Sportsmen’s Exposition in Denver, Colorado, with Freedom Alliance. Jeff and Don have participated in our outdoor events in the past, and both were anxious to peruse the exhibits.
Passionate about Freedom Alliance and our mission, however, these soldiers didn’t only take in the sights, but they also approached various outfitters about partnering with us, donating goods or services. In the end, seven vendors agreed to offer help for Freedom Alliance, and several of these happened to be Alaska fishing outfitters.
We made sure to feed our eager troops with barbecue and burgers, and we enjoyed getting to know these guys better.
Thanks, Jeff and Don, for your enthusiasm for Freedom Alliance. What a grand and unexpected way to pay it forward for your fellow service members!
