Freedom Alliance scholarship recipient Christopher Mondie, a Behavioral Neuroscience major at Rider University, sent us this thank note just last week.  His father, Army Captain Donald Mondie, is a 100 percent permanently disabled veteran who sacrificed greatly for his country.

Christopher currently has an internship this summer working with an EMT unit in Atlantic City. “As I prepare for my senior year at Rider University, I am reminded that the generosity of Freedom Alliance and its donors have made my education a reality.  The investment they have made in me has been a powerful motivator to do my best.  I am forever grateful for Freedom Alliance recognizing my Dad’s sacrifice, honoring him through me.  I am working hard toward my goal of a career in medicine made possible by the generosity of you investing in my future.  The only way for me to convey my sincere gratitude is to continue to do well, and one day be able to give back to the Freedom Alliance, as they continue to support the sons and daughters of our American Heroes.  Thank You.”
