“My father inspired me to never give up, and to go after what I want in life,” said Tamra Daniel, a new Freedom Alliance scholarship recipient. “He will forever be my hero… and he will forever live in my heart.”

Tamra’s father, Technical Sergeant Robert Daniel served in the United States Air Force for 15 years. He was killed in an aircraft accident over the Indian Ocean just four days before any remaining United States troops were to leave Somalia in Operation Continued Hope. Tamra was two years old.

Tarmra began her freshman year at Park University in Parkville, Missouri this fall. She is studying to be an elementary school teacher. Prior to college Tamra was on her high school dance team for four years and was part of her church youth group.

Through our Scholarship Fund, Freedom Alliance has supported hundreds of students like Tamra. To learn more or to apply for a scholarship, visit  www.fascholarship.com
