We are proud to introduce Megan Kelley as the 2025 Freedom Alliance Scholarship Ambassador. Megan, the daughter of Army Chief Warrant Officer Matthew G. Kelley, lost her father in 2009 during a night mission in Iraq. His helicopter was ambushed, causing a tragic crash that took his life and the lives of three other service members. Megan was just six years old at the time, but her father’s memory and sacrifice have deeply shaped her journey.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, Megan hopes to open her own gym one day, focusing on physical and mental wellness. She’s driven to help others achieve their fitness goals, just as she’s been supported in her own pursuit of education and personal growth.

As our 2025 Scholarship Ambassador, Megan will represent hundreds of Gold Star children, sharing the stories of their parents’ sacrifices while traveling to meet supporters and fellow scholarship recipients. This role offers her the opportunity to gain valuable leadership experience, improve her communication skills, and honor her father’s legacy.

Megan’s journey as an ambassador will also expose her to influential leaders in government, business, and industry, further preparing her for a future of giving back to others. We’re excited to support Megan as she continues to pursue her education and goals, and we thank our generous supporters who make these scholarships possible.

We are honored to have Megan represent Freedom Alliance and the brave men and women who have given their lives for our freedom. We look forward to seeing her make a meaningful impact this year.
