Millie Hallow has served at the National Rifle Association as the Managing Director, Executive Operations, since 1996. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President and CEO of the NRA, she is responsible for a number of critical areas. As senior advisor for public affairs and public relations, she coordinates and advises both internal and external press and public relations strategy, and reviews all statements and speeches out of the Executive offices. She is the primary liaison for the executive staff with the 76-member board and its officers. She serves as the representative to the National Governor’s Associations, Senate and Congressional Associations, as well as the Republican and Democratic National Committees.

She is on the Board of the National Foundation of Women Legislators, and served as Deputy Director for the Cultural Alliance of Greater Washington. She was Executive Director of the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities and the Mayor’s Advisor for Cultural Affairs.

Millie is a tireless advocate for her country and those who serve it. In addition to her many responsibilities with the NRA, she is co-chair of CPAC – the Conservative Political Action Conference – and a Board Member of the American Conservative Union. Through these organizations she promotes patriots who make America great. Millie was instrumental in the NRA’s decision to honor our nation’s military, police and firefighters in their inspiring documentary series, Life of Duty. She is a champion of students and each year hosts at CPAC dozens of college activists who defend the Bill of Rights in politically correct environments.

She is a fierce, but fair, fighter for the causes she holds dear, and a friend to conservatives in every corner of the country. Our conservative cause is stronger, and our country’s future brighter, because of Millie Hallow’s efforts. We owe her a debt of gratitude.
