This Veterans Day, with our partners at U.S. Bank, we’re honoring four wounded veterans by moving them into four newly renovated, mortgage free homes in a special multi-state event!
These homes offer stability for warriors who have traveled to the most dangerous areas of the world to defend our country. They also help our troops heal from the terrible wounds suffered in battle.
Dr. Mondie is a previous recipient of a Freedom Alliance scholarship. He’s now the chief resident of emergency medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of New Jersey, one of the top teaching hospitals in the world.
Freedom Alliance Scholars gathered in Southern California for a Retreat in July. They visited the 5th Marines Memorial and spent time speaking with one another about the hardships of growing up without a father who died defending our country.

May 21, 2019 – Today we offer our prayers to, and stand with the family of, fallen CIA officer Johnny “Mike” Spann. Mike was the first American to lose his life in Afghanistan after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. He was tragically killed on November 25, 2001, during a jihadist uprising at the Qali-Jangi prison in Mazar-e Sharif, Afghanistan where he was conducting interviews of the prisoners.
